Grill Dome in action

For years, "De Treeswijkhoeve" has been using a ceramic barbecue. Dick Middelweerd: "This barbecue is very user friendly, and that’s why I use it twice a day. I have the Benjamin in my kitchen. For me, the advantages are that you can light it quickly, it gives a nice barbecue flavour and it keeps food tender and juicy. The possibilities are endless so we can always surprise our guests with something tasty. Both fish and meat are grilled deliciously and preparing game on this barbecue is surprisingly easy. I always try to strike a balance between tradition and innovation, between emotion and technology. The Grill Dome is perfect in this respect."
